Check out these amazing little beauties! Made using real Japanese Tamari roasted to perfection in small weekly batches making them an irresistible treat perfect for snacking, adding to entertaining platters or even chopping up and adding to pimp up your salad.
Tamari, similar to soy sauce is derived from the soy bean, typically as a by-product from the miso making process. Tamari is produced using little to no wheat meaning the flavour of the soybean intensifies.
Our Tamari flavouring is made using an ancient recipe passed down from generation to generation just 99km south of Osaka in the Wakayama Prefecture.
