Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

FREE SHIPPING Australian Wide for orders over $150, up to 5kg, using PREMIUM Australian Post service. (For orders above 5kg, it will be charged at $8/kg)

For orders under $150 -

  • PREMIUM SHIPPING at a flat rate of $10 Australia Wide, up to 5kg^
  • above 5kg and under 10kg is charged at a flat fee of $18*
  • above 10kg and under 20kg is charged at a flat rate of $35*

^Orders under 5kg will be shipped via either Australian Post or StarTrack premium services (1-7 days)

*Heavy Items – orders containing heavy items equating to over 5kg will be shipped via Road transport (5-7 days)

Ship to the Islands (Christmas Island 6798, Cocos Island 6799, Norfolk Island 2899 will be charged at a flat rate of $50 for Australian Post Express shipping.

Please understand that any shipping delays from courier companies is out of our control. If you need to track your order, please feel free to email us on hello@thewholefoodsrefillery.com

TWR has the final decision to choose between express shipment or road shipment based on size and volume of the order.

Can I change my delivery address?

 

Once an order has been placed, you cannot change the address under your account. However, there is a small window from the time you place the order to the point it is ready to be shipped that we can try and update the address for you.

The fastest and best way to try and update an address on your order is by reaching us via hello@thewholefoodsrefillery.com 

Due to the fast turnaround time for our orders, we cannot guarantee that we can update the address on an order already placed.

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

We’re super excited to hear that we have some international fans out there! At this stage, we only deliver to Australia but keep an eye out for any future changes.

If you are overseas and would like to place a special request, please do not hesitate to reach out at hello@thewholefoodsrefillery.com and we will try our absolute best to work with you to try make your request come true.

 

 

How do I know if my order has been delivered, I think it might be lost!

 

How do I know if my order has been delivered?

You will be able to find the delivery status of your order by emailing us as at hello@thewholefoodsrefillery.com or in the confirmation email we sent when your order was dispatched. 

If your order has been delivered to your address but you are unable to find it, please check your surrounding area for the order to see if the driver has put it in a safe place where it's not visible from the street.

You do not need to sign for your deliveries as we do not offer signature upon delivery for item/s shipped from The Wholefoods Refillery.

 

It says my order has been delivered but I can't find it, help!

Not a problem! Get in touch with us and we will lodge an investigation with the courier for you. This will take approx. 1-2 business days to be completed from the time you contact us. Don’t forget to take a look around your property thoroughly! If you need your items urgently you can reorder them whilst we are waiting for the courier investigation to be completed.

Can you guarantee delivery on a certain date?

Whilst we always aim to deliver by the date shown to you at checkout, we’re unable to 100% guarantee that you will receive the order on the date and time selected. Rest assured, we will keep you updated via email on any changes to your ETA.
