Ingredients

1/2 cup almond milk

2 tbs peanut butter

1/2 banana, frozen

2 tbs chia seeds

1/2 cup ice cubes

1/2 tsp honey

Protein powder of your choice

Chia seeds to serve
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until desired consistency.
Top with a sprinkle of chia seeds and enjoy!
