Ingredients
-
1/2 cup rolled oats
-
1/2 cup milk or water
-
1 tsp LSA or chia seeds
-
1/2 tsp mixed spice
-
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
-
1 tbsp grated carrot
-
1 tbsp raisins
-
1/3 cup high protein Greek yogurt
-
2 tbsp lite cream cheese (room temp)
-
2 tbsp white chocolate
-
1 tbsp walnuts, roughly chopped
-
1 tbsp grated carrot
OAT BASE
CREAM CHEESE GANACHE
TOPPINGS
Directions
Remove cream cheese from the fridge, as you need it room temp for the topping.
Base - Add all oat ingredients to a container and stir together well. Place in the fridge while preparing the ganache.
Ganache - Microwave white chocolate in a small bowl until smooth and melted. Cool slightly, then quickly whisk in the room temperature cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Whisk until smooth and no lumps remain.
Pour the cream cheese ganache over the top of the oats and place them back in the fridge overnight to set.
In the morning, top oats with grated carrot and chopped walnuts (or whatever your heart desires!) Enjoy!
